How to view a station's hourly orders for the day?

You can view a station's hourly orders from the Hourly Orders widget on the Kitchen Aid. The Hourly Orders widget offers you a LIVE view of the number of orders your restaurant processed that day. This insight can help you identify your restaurant's busiest hours to make informed business decisions.

To view Hourly Orders:

Step 1: Visit Delivery Manager > KDS.
Step 2: Select the appropriate location.
Step 3: Under the Preparation tab, select the kitchen station that you want to view.
Step 4: Click on Kitchen Aid.

You can view your Hourly Orders on the bottom center widget.

If you are working on a bump interface, press the Enter key followed by the - key to access the Kitchen Aid. Press the Enter key again to exit the shortcuts page.
