Set time limits or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for each of your kitchen stations to optimize efficiency and reduce customer waiting time. To set time limits:

Step 1: Visit Setup > Location Setup.
Step 2: Select the appropriate location.
Step 3: Click on Printer & Peripheral Settings > KDS Stations.
Step 4: Under the Preparation Screens tab, click the edit button against a kitchen station.
Step 5: Below Threshold (Minutes), set the SLA for the kitchen station.

Now, when an order has exceeded its SLA, the ticket header will be turn red on the Kitchen Prep and Expedite Screens.
