All tickets display the order elapsed time on the Expedite and Kitchen Prep Screens. By setting up the threshold for each kitchen station, Sapaad KDS 2.0 facilitates an SLA-driven kitchen performance. If an order exceeds its preset SLA, the ticket header will automatically turn red on the Kitchen Prep and Expedite Screens.

For orders that have already been bumped off, you can check the fulfillment time from the Past Orders Screen.
