If there has been a change in credit card details of the subscriber’s business and the subscriber wishes to update it in Sapaad, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Sapaad account with your credentials.
Step 2: Go to Setup > My Account.
Step 3: Scroll down to Billing History, click the Update Credit Card Details button on the right and follow the steps.
Note that the credit card details should be updated at least 72 hours prior to your next renewal date.
By entering your credit card details, you authorize Sapaad to charge each subscription payment to your preferred payment method. Sapaad's subscription is billed in advance, monthly or annually, based on your subscription plan
