If Cloud Print is not printing automatically but printing when refreshed, here's what you need to do:

Step 1: Visit Control Panel or System Settings, depending on the version of Windows installed on your device.
Step 2: Type Update in the search field and click Check for Updates.
Step 3: Once the available updates are found, select the checkboxes against all updates under Critical and Additional Updates.
Step 4: Download and install the updates.
Step 5: Once the installation is complete, restart your device.

Additionally, you need to disable your Windows Firewall settings.

Step 1: Visit Control Panel or System Settings, depending on the version of Windows installed on your device.
Step 2: Click on System and Security.
Step 3: Click on Windows Defender and Firewall.
Step 4: Click on Turn Windows Defender and Firewall On or Off.
Step 5: Switch off the Windows Firewall option for both Home and Public Networks. Save your settings.
