If your customer calls in to place an order, but wants to pick it up from your outlet, you need to select the Take Away checkbox when placing the order. You'll find this order under Delivery Manager > Home Deliveries > Take Away Orders

If the order has already been placed, you need to:
Step 1: Go to Delivery Manager > Home Deliveries.
Step 2: Click on the order number that you want to modify and click Modify.
Step 3: Select the Take Away checkbox and click Update. You'll find this order under Delivery Manager > Home Deliveries > Take Away Orders
