If you upgrade your account, you will be charged on a pro-rated basis for the remaining time up to your next billing date. For example, if you add a new module on the seventh month of your subscription, you will be billed the difference in amount for the remaining five months. On your next billing date, you will be billed for the new amount.

If you downgrade your account, as per our Terms of Service, we cannot issue a refund for the remaining months.
