Ensure that you've synced your menu with GrabFood after making any changes. Ongoing updates to your menu automatically sync in real-time, so your GrabFood channel is always up-to-date. To sync your menu:

Step 1: Visit Setup > Location Setup.
Step 2: Select the appropriate location.
Step 3: Visit Sapaad Connect GrabFood Menu.
Step 4: Click Sync Menu.

If the menu is still not updating, please contact your GrabFood account manager.
