A home delivery order placed in CRM gets listed under the Delivery Manager > Home Deliveries > Home Delivery Orders.

A new order first shows up in the New Orders section. You'll notice the order details along with the elapsed time from when the order was placed.

Once the food is ready, you need to click the Ready? button. The order then moves to the Waiting for Pick section.

From the Select Driver dropdown, you can view all your available drivers. Simply assign the order to a driver. Once the driver picks up the order from the pickup area, you need to click the Pickup button. The order now moves to the Delivery In Progress section.

Once the order is delivered, click the Delivered? button. Once the order is settled, it moves to the Delivered section. You can click Show Details to get valuable insights into preparation time, time spent on the road, and so on.
