Prior to enabling the Tax-Inclusive feature, you need to update your menu prices in Sapaad to be inclusive of taxes. You can download your menu items as a CSV file to update the prices of the menu. Then, you can upload the same file to upload menu items and refresh the POS menu.

To include tax:

Step 1: Visit Setup > Location Setup.
Step 2: Select the location at which you want to add tax.
Step 3: Click on Menu Management Tax Rates and ensure "Tax Rate For Item" is enabled.
Step 4: Click Add Tax Rate and enter the name and rate of your tax. If you want this tax rate to be the default tax at your location, select the "Default Tax" checkbox.
Step 5: In the pop-up window, select "Yes" if you want this tax rate to be applied to all your menu items. Select "No" if you want this tax rate to be applied only to newly-created menu items.
Step 6: Click Save.
Step 7: Send an email to support@sapaad.com to enable "Tax inclusive in item price" in your Sapaad account.
