To activate Sapaad.Online:

  1. Visit Setup > My Account.
  2. Scroll to Other Configurations. Click the Upgrade button against the Sapaad.Online module. You will then be redirected to a secure payment gateway.

For customers who have switched to our new pricing, here's how to activate Sapaad.Online:

  1. Visit Setup > My Account.
  2. Under Your Subscription Plan, hover over Sapaad.Online and toggle the switch against it to ON.
  3. Click Checkout and proceed with payment. Please be aware that you must enable CRM Unlimited to activate this module.

Note that a one-time setup charge of US$199/brand is applicable. You will receive a one-time payment link once you activate Sapaad.Online in your Sapaad account.

Before you go live, please be sure to complete the following prerequisites:

1. Visit Setup > Location Setup > Click on Location > Click on General Details > Then on the right side in the google map, pin the location of your store and click Update

2. Select the items you'll sell online

Visit Setup > Location Setup > Menu Management > Menu and mark the items you want to sell online by selecting the Online checkbox.

3. Add beautiful food images

You can add awesome styled images of your menu items by editing them under Setup > Menu Setup. The recommended image specs are 800 x 800 pixels in .JPEG or .PNG, and the maximum file size is 6 MB. Click here to read more about the recommended image specifications.

4. Define delivery areas

Your delivery areas are zones that you will deliver to, based on your location. Predefine them in Sapaad under Setup > Location Setup > Delivery Settings Delivery Areas.

You can also add delivery areas through a postal code (available in select regions).

To set a radius for delivery areas, simply follow the steps:

  1. Go to Setup > Location Setup and click on the appropriate location.
  2. Now click on Delivery Settings and then click Delivery Areas.
  3. Now, edit the delivery area and then use the drawing tools to mark the area.

5. Add Advertisements to highlight the offers and best sellers at your restaurant.

  1. Visit Setup > Sapaad Add-Ons > Sapaad.Online Settings.
  2. Click Advertisements and then select Add to upload your preferred image. You can then link the image to an item or category before clicking upload.

Note:

The image dimension for ads on Sapaad.Online are as follows:
1920 × 280 pixels for Desktop and
650 × 500 pixels for Mobile
Kindly Note You can only add up to 3 images.

 

6. Want to enable online card payments?

If you wish to accept online debit/credit card payments from your customers, you will need to take an account with a payment gateway in your country. We’ve partnered with leading payment gateway providers worldwide including Stripe, PayTabs, QPay, PayU, CCAvenue, MyFatoorah, DPO, Omise, and more.

7. Create your own sub-domain

You can create a custom sub-domain of your choice within your own domain. Say your restaurant's website is www.myrestaurant.com, you can have your store at orders.myrestaurant.com. For more information, please contact your domain provider.
