Get orders from Facebook and promote your Facebook profile on your online ordering store by integrating your social media channel to your online store.
If you'd like to add your online ordering store to your Facebook page:
Step 1: Visit your Facebook page.
Step 2: From the list on the left-hand side, select About.
Step 3: Under Contact Info, hover over the website icon and click Edit.
Step 4: Add the domain of your online store and click Save.
If you'd like to add the link of your online store as an Instant Reply on Facebook Messenger:
Step 1: Visit your Facebook page.
Step 2: Click Inbox.
Step 3: From the list on the left-hand side, select Automated Responses.
Step 4: Hover over Instant Reply and click on the toggle switch to enable it.
Step 5: Under the Instant Reply description, click Edit.
Step 6: Type in your instant reply along with the domain of your online store.
Step 7: Finally, click Save.
You can also link your Facebook profile to your online store by following these steps:
Step 1: Visit Setup > Sapaad Add-Ons > Sapaad.Online Settings.
Step 2: Click on Social Media Integration.
Step 3: Scroll to Link your Social Media Channels to your online store.
Step 4: Under Facebook, type in the link of your Facebook profile.
Step 5: Finally, click Save.
