You can add customer notes in CRM for e.g. your customer is allergic to nuts and you want to make a note of that for future reference.

To add customer notes:

Step 1: Go to CRM.
Step 2: E
nter the customer's mobile or telephone number in the search field and click Search.
Step 3: You'll notice the Customer Insights section on the right. Under Notes, click the Add button, enter your note and click Save Notes.
