Sapaad is seamlessly integrated with leading third-party accounting and payment platforms worldwide to simplify and streamline your restaurant’s finance operations.

Here are the simple steps to integrate your QuickBooks account to Sapaad.

  1. Setting up your QuickBooks Account.

    Login to your QuickBooks account.
    You can either go to the Gear button > select Chart of Accounts OR from the main menu select Accounting > select Chart of Accounts.
    Click on the New button > Account Type > Choose Type of the Account to connect to the Ledger of your Profit & Loss Statement, note that this can also be done for your Balance Sheet.

    From Detail Type, you can choose to classify your General Ledger to specific parts of the Profit & Loss Statement or Balance Sheet.
    Under Section Name- you can create a name to mark your newly created General Ledger.
    Select Save & Close.

  2. Connecting your Sapaad and QuickBooks accounts.

    In Sapaad, visit Setup and click on Partner Integrations.
    Under QuickBooks, click the toggle switch to On. You'll now be redirected to QuickBooks's homepage.
    Once there, click on Connect.
    And finally...

  3. Select a QuickBooks account to link to your business transactions in Sapaad.
