How do I cancel an order assigned to a Quiqup rider?

To cancel an order assigned to a Quiqup rider:

Step 1: Visit Delivery Manager > Home Deliveries.
Step 2: Click on the order number for which a Quiqup rider is assigned to and you wish to cancel.
Step 3: Click Void. Indicate the Reason and Inventory Status and then click Ok.

Note: Once an order has been picked up by a Quiqup rider, it can no longer be cancelled.
