Step 2: Click on Add New Staff and enter the details:
  • Full name of the staff
  • Assigned email address
  • Password for login
  • Swipe Card No. (Optional)
  • Location (Optional, the default is All Locations/Outlet)
  • Role – Delivery Boy
  • Image – Photo ID of staff

Step 3: Click Save.

Note: You will need to use the default role of Delivery Boy from the drop-down for Delivery Manager. If you add a new role in place of Delivery Boy, such as Driver, the role will not be recognized and monitored by Delivery Manager.
