Can I obtain a refund in case of any occurrence of an incident, maintenance event, or outage resulting in an unavailability of the Service provided by Sapaad?

Sapaad does not offer refunds for service interruptions caused due to outages and any such similar incidents as detailed further in our terms of service. We understand outages adversely affect your business. Unfortunately, downtime is an inevitable part of Software as a Service (SaaS) products like Sapaad.
