Yes, you can have a telephone number displayed at the top of your online channel on which your customers can call to follow up on orders.

Step 1: Visit Setup > Sapaad Add-Ons > Sapaad.Online Settings.
Step 2: Under the Primary Settings tab, scroll to the "What telephone number can customers call to follow up on orders?" and enter the number.
Step 3: Click Save.

Don't forget to sync any changes made from Sapaad to your online ordering website. To sync:

Step 1: Visit Setup > Sapaad Add-Ons > Sapaad.Online Settings.
Step 2: Click the Synchronize tab and hit Save.
