To update the access rights and permissions of a staff role:

Step 1: Visit Setup > Staff.
Step 2: From the staff roles listed on the right, select the staff role you want to update.
Step 3: Click the Edit Role button. Under Access Rights & Permissions, select the checkboxes to allow access and permit tasks to staff with this role. Leave the checkboxes unchecked to restrict access and disallow tasks to staff with this role.
Step 4: Click Save.
